In this video I demonstrate a real‑time traffic analytics pipeline built around RF‑DETR. The system captures live video feeds, performs object detection for cars, trucks, buses, bikes and pedestrians, and displays dynamic counts in a vertical sidebar. It also overlays a live heatmap beside the annotated video so you can instantly see traffic density hotspots. The entire solution runs in real time, thanks to the efficiency of RF‑DETR’s transformer architecture. Compared to YOLO, RF‑DETR offers better long‑range context understanding and higher accuracy in complex scenes while still maintaining high FPS.
