Couple loses arms holding each other during tornado
An elderly couple is recovering after a devastating tornado tore through their home in Laurel County, Kentucky, on Friday. The storm left the couple, Gail and Paul Cline, each without an arm.
Taylor Baker, the couple's niece, expressed the emotional impact of the destruction. "I don't know if this is the last piece of like our childhood and it's gone," she said.
Baker and her cousin, Brandy Bowman, surveyed the wreckage of their aunt and uncle's home, where glass and insulation now cover the walls and floors. Bowman described the scene, saying, "In this bedroom and you can see where stuff came through. This is where they were and the neighbor came, he heard them screaming for help. So he came to help them and he pulled them out into the hallway there."
