Builder gel , builder gel with tips , tip application .This is a full long version tutorial on tip application . 13 minutes . You asked for a longer version on tips with builder gel , so here it is . I show you how I do builder gel nails . This is a full tutorial on how to apply a non blendable tip , make a nail bed and do the tip part with a milky white gel and gold flake gel . I just recently did this full set of sculpted builder gel nails with the milky white gel . I wanted to show you that this same design can be done with a tip too .
I removed a nail and we will start from the beginning with a glue on tip . It seems like a long process , it can be ....but it does go fast when you get the hang of it .
I'm not going to lie though , most of the time , gel nails take more time than acrylic . ....even more so if you do any kind of special design or encapsulated design .
Just a set done in clear and or cover gel will definitely take less time ...A LOT LESS TIME . Any builder gel set of nails done in one solid color will be A CONSIDERABLY LESSER AMOUNT OF TIME TO DO . Keep that in mind . Also keep in mind that gels are cured in a lamp . That also takes time . In and out of the lamp .
Like I said , if you go with one color of builder gel for your gel nails it will be less time ...even less time using a glue on tip . You can always decorate the nails with gems , stones , metal deco , gel polish , 3 D , whatever you want over top of the finished builder gel nails .
I absolutely LOVE builder gel nails and will never quit using or wearing it . Gel has a clarity that is umatched by any acrylic or polygel . I LOVE builder gel nails .
