Getting of it taking 12 rounds of your .357 to blow off a baddies head when it should really only take a single round to the dome piece to get that brain matter grey stain on your new wallpaper. New Vegas realistic damage and accuracy mod, makes damage as real as it should be. Instead of roaming around like a steroidal god with an unending amount of regenerative flesh you actually die quite quickly and it makes fights require more strategy rather than spending all of your ammo trying to kill a cazador and have it pump you full of so much poison your die from drowning, you send some rounds down range and its either near dead or crippled.
