The main idea of the drill is to learn how to relax and float on the surface of the water. The arms and legs can be straightened or pointed downwards under the water. The position of the arms and legs will depend on the level of the swimmer and at what stage of training he/she is.

00:00 - Intro
00:16 - 1. Take a deep breath and hold it.
00:20 - 2. Go under the water and makes gradually extend your arms and legs.
00:27 - 3. Float at the surface of the water into the streamline position. The arms and legs can be straightened or pointed downwards under the water.
00:35 - 4. The arms and legs are slightly open to the sides.
00:40 - 5. Hold this position until you need to breath and you can repeat again.
