Being able to blur faces could allow you to save a shot that couldn't have been used otherwise. It has saved me many times so I have made this easy 2 minute tutorial how to blur faces in adobe premiere pro cc 2017.
Best part about the face blur technique is premiere does most of the mask tracking for you so if there is a moving face the mask will do the mask tracking for you, so helpful!
This mask technique can also be easily applied to fix anything moving, no more problems with logos or licence plates or people in your footage.
