I bought the TreasLin 4K Capture Card from Amazon, which costs £38.99 and with 5% off when using a voucher.
The TreasLin 4K Capture Card can be used for live streaming and video capture (I use OBS video capturing software) and use it for capturing Nintendo Switch gameplay videos.
It can also be used for other game consoles such as Xbox, Wii, PS4, PS5 and even digital cameras.
The box includes:
• A USB3.0 cable
• A user manual
• A 4K USB3.0 Video Capture Card (in red and silver colour).
The dimensions are 65mm x 65mm x 22mm. On one side, it has two 4K HDMI ports, one for signal input (e.g., from a game console) and another one is HDMI 4K pass-through (e.g., for connecting to a TV). There are two LED indicators for showing the cable connection. On the other side, one USB 3.0 port for connecting to computer, e.g., for video capture, say, using OBS. There are one audio output for connecting to a headphone or speaker and a mic input is for voice over. Both are 3.5mm input ports.

According to the advertisement, the TreasLin 4K Capture Card does not need to install driver (I tested it on both Mac and Windows machines that no driver is needed to be installed) and can do living streaming up to 1080P at 60Hz (I didn't test it).
