Step 1: Creating a Test Bot and Setting the Trigger
Log in to your DoubleTick account and access the dashboard.
Click on "Create New Bot" and select "On Message" as the trigger type.
Choose a trigger word, such as "test," and set it as the trigger for the bot.
Step 2: Adding the "Send Interactive List Message" Action
Select "Send Interactive List Message" as the action type from the options.
Link the action to the trigger by dragging the green dot and connecting it.
Step 3: Configuring the Interactive List Message
The essential fields in the "Send Interactive List Message" are "Body," "List Button," and "Add Items."
Use the "Add Section" to create categories for your list. For example, you can add "Tea Powder" as a category.
Within the "Tea Powder" category, use "Add Items" to include subcategories like "Red Label" and "Society."
If desired, you can add descriptions to the items by clicking on the three dots and selecting "Edit."
Step 4: Setting Actions for List Items
