How does online training work:
We select one element or transition to practice. We focus our attention and energy for rapid progress.
Training is conducted individually with the student:
1. We refine your current skills.
2. The trainer gives you an assignment (to complete and film each task step by step in separate videos).
3. After each completed task, the trainer provides a consultation (technique adjustments, advice on training, nutrition, etc.).
4. Each subsequent assignment is given after reviewing the previous assignment.
The entire training process takes place on Telegram.
Rules and operating hours:
You can upload videos at any time of the day or night (different time zones are taken into account).
You can upload one video at a time, up to two videos per day (except if Fedoskin has requested something specific, including daily uploads).
Fedoskin reviews videos and assigns tasks once a day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM Moscow time (exceptions may include answers at other times).
