Necromancer - Torment 13 [XIII] *Like Butter* | Gameplay & GEAR
To clarify, Torment 13 is the highest difficulty on the base D3 product. I can't say the same for the Expansion, not sure if they added more or not, but this Ultimate evil edition includes levels up to Torment 16 now. So the base difficulties, in addition to the Torments, AND the rifts, this game now feels finished and has countless hours of replay-ability.
