Modernization of the Partner sowing complex with a disc-anchor opener
When a farmer is faced with the problem of sowing crops, the Avers-Agro company comes to the rescue. Our farmers had experience in using the Partner seeding complex and were not satisfied with several factors:
Strong loosening with the cultivator tine. During sowing of cereals and small-seeded crops, it led to a rapid drying out of the soil. This affected the quality of seedlings;
Uneven sowing, according to the farmer, "plus" "minus" 2-3 cm led to uneven seedlings, as a result of which, a stronger plant, which germinated much earlier, suppressed weaker shoots that emerged after.
It was decided to abandon the seeding column with a cultivator share and re-equip the seeding complex with disc-anchor coulters of our production.
TURBO SHANK ANCHOR CUTTER WITH 15 MM SEEDING BAND WIDTH.
Designed for use in direct sowing seeders, as well as for work using mini-till and no-till technologies.
The coulter is equipped with a cutting disc that cuts through residues and plant roots in the surface layer of the soil.
Flanges are fixed on the same hub with the disc, which perform three functions:
1) rolling over the soil surface, they ensure the copying of the field microrelief;
2) squeeze the crop residues, making it easier to cut them;
3) compact the soil surface, which allows the anchor to prepare a neat furrow with less soil loosening.
The anchor part of the anchor is made of wear-resistant high-strength alloy.
The anchor is followed by a plastic seed and fertilizer compactor, which presses the seeds tightly to the bottom of the furrow, ensuring their guaranteed contact with the moist soil.
After the compactor there is a wheel that closes the furrow according to the Chicken-Tracker principle.

creating a deep furrow;
adhesion of dirt to the wheel;
the appearance of a dry crust on dry soil on hot and windy days;
soil compaction in conditions of high humidity, which increases the contact of seeds with the soil and favorably affects the uniformity of seedlings.
