Springfield XDm .45 accidental chambering
Recently my XDm .45 loaded a round into the chamber automatically when inserting a new mag with some force. Thought I'd show this happening in a video to draw attention to the issue and to remind everyone to always be safe when handling your weapon. Never know when things like this can happen.
