This guy (Burcha) uses speedhack to destroy everyone. I reckon he also has the power to take your actions, such as kick, punch so you cannot interract with anyone.
If you want to have fun with them Join Official server 1115 for some conan exiles experience. they are still playing there and you will find the undermesh intact too!
