There is a new beta branch out for Pathfinder and it finally includes turn-based combat. Apparently the popularity of the mod that added turn-based combat to their game shamed Owlcat into adding it in officially.
Pathfinder: Kingmaker is a real-time with pause (or turn-based) RPG set in the Pathfinder game setting using something similar to the pen and paper rule set. Pathfinder (the pen and paper role playing game) is essentially a fork of Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. The computer game was released in 2018 and has seen consistent support and work including several DLCs since then.
