Frédéric is leading the development of DXC’s new Agile Architecture Framework and has over 25 years’ experience with significant expertise in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Lean, Agile and Digital. Frédéric graduated from Audencia business school and holds a post-graduate degree in computer sciences from Paris Dauphine University.

Thierry has been involved in the IT Industry since 1992 with significant experience and expertise in: application, integration and enterprise architecture; software design & implementation from large-scale distributed information systems to embedded software; large scale agile and lean organization transformation; organization - way of working and teams coaching. Thierry first worked for 10 years in a European consulting company delivering services for a wide variety of contexts and companies (from startups to large international companies like Apple or IBM). He joined Michelin in 2002 where, among others, he has been acting as WW manager of Method & Tools IT department or piloting the Lean & Agile transformation for IT. For the last three years, Thierry has been working as an Enterprise Architect for the IT department at Michelin, where his main focus is to develop the long term IT technologies, articulate transformation roadmap and deploy IT capabilities to support business strategy and priorities, and to support innovative thinking.
Panelist: Peter Haviland, Chief Technology Officer, Latitude Financial Services.
Peter has almost three decades of experience spanning financial services, management consulting, technology, and energy. In most cases his job has involved the use technology to drive outcomes like revenue growth, operational efficiency, business resiliency, employee engagement, and compliance. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer of neobank Latitude Financial Services, where he is a leader of the digital/agile transformation of the company. He has served as the vice-chair of the Architecture Forum, and as a member of the Governing Board, a reflection of his passion to stop solving the same problems again and again and to help enterprises transform and grow. He has actively contributed to the development of standards such as TOGAF®, Open BA, IT4IT, and Open-AAF. His hobbies include full stack latency minimization, Auftragstaktik, executive (re)education, ephemeralization, and XCOM.
