Chapter 4 2 Introduction to the visual automation builder
To create an automation on VBOUT, you need to click on "Automation" tab on the left to build your own workflow automations or choose from the ready-made automations that are assembled for you.
Note that these pre-made templates should be configured once you choose any of them including the messages, the logic and the trigger criteria.
