This continues the workshop setup saga.
Currently, we're installing chip and dust extraction systems in the carpentry shop, a so-called centralized aspiration system.
Even a modest carpentry shop has an impressive array of processing equipment: planers, thicknessers, saws, milling machines, and grinders—each piece of equipment generates chips and dust.
With such a variety, organizing a dust extraction system is crucial.
The project utilizes a Korvet 65 chip extractor (chip vacuum cleaner).
The piping material is 100mm galvanized ventilation pipes.
A 5-meter-long, transparent reinforced aspiration hose with a diameter of Ø100 mm from JET.
