This is a super FUNCTIONAL workout, combining upper & lower body in a quick 5 minutes! Grab your resistance band and find a railing in your home (or a barre if you've got access to one!), wrap the band around the barre, and get ready to fight that resistance! We'll be sculpting shoulders, back, triceps & biceps. On the bottom half, we'll be doing 2nd position plies, lunges, and back leg lifts. There's even some core work from stabilizing!
