In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the Fidens Brewing Company, and it's The Farmer. This is an New England Double IPA that is brewed with Mosaic and Citra hops, then dry-hopped with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops. I've thoroughly enjoyed the beers I've had from Fidens in the past, and this sounds right in my wheelhouse, so let's see how it is!
Commercial Description:
A combination of The Butcher and The Vegan because The Farmer feeds them both. We used Citra and Mosaic in whirlpool with Galaxy and Nelson in the dry hop.
