Recipe:
1 medium beet
Wash & Shred the beet
4 prunes sliced into small pieces
Add the Prunes to the shredded beet.
Slice 4 dried apricots into small pieces and add them to the shredded beet.
Add one tablespoon of Olive Oil to the hot iron pan.
Mix well all the ingredients and put them into the hot iron pan, cover with the cover, and steam for 5 minutes on medium fire.
Serve hot or cold with your favorite meat or fish or as a separate dish.
Preparation time: 8 minutes.
