Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on an Android phone can be a bit challenging, but it is possible with the help of some mobile apps designed specifically for this purpose. Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

1. Install a Code Editor App:
The first step is to install a code editor app on your Android phone. There are several options available on the Google Play Store, such as "AIDE - Android IDE," "Dcoder, Compiler IDE," "QuickEdit Text Editor," or "Termux." In this guide, we will be using QuickEdit Text Editor.

2. Launch the Code Editor App:
Once you've installed the code editor app, launch it on your Android phone. You'll be presented with a text editor interface where you can start writing your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

3. Create a New File:
To begin, create a new file by tapping on the folder Icon then hit the + icon to create a new empty file. You can name the file with a ".html", ".css", or ".js" extension depending on the type of code you want to write. To name the file, click on the folder Icon then select "Save" (if you're not saving for the first time). If you're saving for the first time, then you have to select "Save As" - This will open your device's file manager to select the folder you wish to save the file. After selecting the folder, enter the filename and the extension then save the file.

4. Write your Code
In the file editing interface, you might have multiple tabs open. Select the HTML, CSS or Javascript File depending on which one you wish to edit.

5. Run the code
You can run the HTML file using the play button at the bottom right corner of the text editor interface. It will load the HTML file using the in-app browser that comes with Quick Edit. There is a Browser icon at the Top right corner of the Interface that you can select to load the HTML file using any web browser installed on your device. Web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Brave e.t.c

Remember that writing code on a small mobile screen can be more challenging than on a computer, but with practice and patience, you can become proficient in coding on your Android phone. If you find it too cumbersome, consider using a tablet with a larger screen or a computer for a more comfortable coding experience.
