How to Manage Designer Folders, Copy, Upload for Avaya Call Management System (CMS) 19.2
With CMS 19.2 the Web Client no longer depends on Flash. With Flash removal, Designer Reports must be migrated to the new non-Flash format. To aid in management of migrated Designer Reports, improvements have been made to Designer Folders, allowing a hierarchy to be created for storing copies of migrated Designer Reports. This video provides a working example of Folder management along with the Copy and Upload functionality.
