In photoshop you use the Timeline panel to create animation frames. Each frame represents a configuration of layers.
We have two types of timelines: video and frame.
VIDEO TIMELINE:
The video timeline allows for keyframe animation — which is an animation process in which you define key points of animation along a timeline
We can do more animation using these video timeline because we have position,opacity and style.
FRAME ANIMATION:
The frame timeline is for frame-by-frame animation and can be very limiting.
