Gigabyte Aorus Engine & RGB Fusion problems.....
Hi stranger.
I buy all components for my new pc from Gigabyte. MB Video Coolers + CPU pump
Around of 3 month i fight against Gigabyte eSupport
This two software components of expensive hardware... ruine everything..
eSupport not give email or phone number... they sit over their "wall" site.. and tell me update drivers firmware.. and even try clean contacts on my 6900xt
The Problems:
Aorus Engine:
after PC sleep and wake - pump reset all animation to nothing and all settings go to default values
not properly show pump Fan & pump speed and can reset this values randomly
some time i see dead temperatures like 300c on CPU or -300 on liquid
some time Aours Engine just go away.. no in tasks no in tray icon
RGB Fusion
After close main window not minimize to tray.. it just close
Very... i mean VERY bad color effects presets
Preset - Tricolor (second choice) not work at all.... has no effect
LCD tool for my pump in last version have very many bugs (Enthusiast mode 4 have broken UI)
Choosing color for my Videocard text or WB have separate choices.. but its very laggy
i cant select strip led count.. i.e. how many i have led connected to D1 port on my MB
Tell me when this software start work normally?
Other: Radeon 6900xt With WATERBLOCK.. have VERY BIG Thermal diffirence for GPU Temperature and GPU Hot Spot.. around 35c like i have 60c GPU Temp... then GPU Hotspot Temp is 95c.. eSupport tell me... this is no "Hot Spot" sensor in their video cards
What i try. Everything!
i Update all firmwares i Update all drivers i Reinstall WINDOWS ~ 20-30 times i Reinstall RGB Fusion - ALL Versions i Reinstall Aorus Engine - ALL Versions i Change USB cable for CPU Pump i Change USB port for CPU Pump
