Hold right side of navigation button & back button at the same time for about 10seconds ,then hit ok when ask to factory reset Firestick. you will need your Amazon log in account details to login after the reset , so make sure you know your password etc.
thought it was my wifi not connecting,but wifi was working with every other device , tried pressing forget network & rejoining it, but no good , so tried resetting option, no trouble since .
