Saturday local market - community
Even if its cold and you want to sleep in some days.
It is worth it, as you end up enjoying the produce and the local community.
Taking the time to get out of bed and going for a walk to the local community market is worth it.
Find out where your local market is, and go for a walk if you can and enjoy the local people.
Step out and breath some fresh air.
Eat some fresh local produce that is in season.
Just enjoy out of your own zone and look around you, you will be surprised you might find a friend.
Here's a little poem I wrote about it.

It's called Change the View:
I held onto things all the time,
I wasted most of my precious prime.
Even held onto the words you said,
Sometimes I didn't even want to get out of bed!
I worried a lot, if I would reach my dreams,
You know nothing in life is as it seems.
I held onto unforgiveness, it wrecked my soul,
Oh dear God! Please can you get me out of this hole.
I worried about the future and old age,
I learned so much that I became a sage.
I let go of the things that weighed my spirit down,
I got dressed and decided to take a walk and discover my town.
Guess What? I met a friend along the way,
We had coffee and a chat and hey I enjoyed my day.
I realised my attitude was in need of a review,
And came to the conclusion that my thoughts told me what I had to do!
Today I make a conscious choice everyday,
I've changed my view and now I look at things in a better way!
