This covers a specific sync issue where everything is fine in VSE playback, but when rendered the audio gradually goes out of sync.
Generic Solution: set audio codec to none; export audio via mixdown (choose ur audio codec in this menu); recombine video and audio via ffmpeg app (ffmpeg is what blender uses to render).
Doesn't work still? Try refreshing animation cache and changing video codec; review ur original footage and make it blender friendly; for heavily damaged footage just export as png images and use ffmpeg to combine images+audio into a video (see tutorial video 3)

Otherwise: let me know in the comments. There are countless things that can affect sync.
If your new to blender please review a tutorial series on proper setup and formatting of video content, as that will probably answer your problem among countless others you will be having in the near future.
