Project Zomboid: Overlooked Base Spot (Riverside)
This place is overlooked by many people because not many people like to drive that much to get to the city. However, with a bit of love and dedication, this can become a great, homey fortress that's near a river! P.S. I do not recommend it for multiplayer, it WILL get raided and it's too small to keep multiple people (even though I use this as a base in 3-player).
