Recipe
Quarter one bunch of rainbow carrots (you want them evenly sized so some larger carrots will need to be cut down further)
Line up on a baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Roast at 400 for 20 minutes
Mix together 1tbsp balsamic with 1tbsp honey
Top roasted carrots with the balsamic glaze
Roast for an additional 5 minutes
