Use a Bluetooth Clicker with RICOH THETA cameras
This technique works with RICOH THETA V, THETA Z1, THETA SC2, and SC2B. The technique for each camera is slightly different. The RICOH Z1 is shown in this video. If you have questions, please post them below. The bluetooth clicker is a JOBY Impulse. Not all clickers work.
