Windows 8 build 9200, but different (fbl_eeap)
Starting off slow with the recent Windows 8 leaks, here's build 9200 fbl_eeap, which was already leaked before 2024 but not in en-US.
While it is mostly the same as RTM in terms of features, there are some differences between this build and the actual RTM - the presence of old desktop and lock screen backgrounds and the lack of inbox Metro apps, for example.
This build was originally leaked in the funky-looking localization that is pseudolocalization, used to test internationalization.
