Flicker strike's main concern is not just tankiness, but frenzy sustain! This build focus on full Crit Terminus to gain frenzy charges.
Besides that, we dont need to worry about gem swap(Ancestral call or melee splash) as well, so it's a huge QOL! Overall, the build is fastaf and able to kill T16, so with this budget, it is considered pretty good.
