How to: Regulate Vagrant VM Resource Usage (Fix Timeouts)
If you want to keep the Vagrant VM usage tamed then all you need is to edit the Vagrantfile for that Virtual Machine and specifiy the kind of resources you need it to use. This potentially fixes the timeout issues experience on low resource computers (computers with lower than 8GB RAM and small number of CPU cores).
