Keep saying I'm done with Caustic Arrow but it seems to get stronger every league! Will add some details of how the build works in a comment.
The vid showcases the build in juiced 'Tier 16.5' maps, not all are as good as these but it's the most drops I've had since Affliction League.

Map Device - Breach (just far better than the others I've tried, 'Domination would be 2nd)

Loot filter - Neversink Uber Strict Plus, and I have hidden a lot more stuff as I prefer to map fast and pick up very little. Added in a few custom sounds.

Mercenary - Kineticist (because of Haste aura) and using 'Garb of the Ephemeral' to help counter the action speed debuff from the boots.
