The world is a scary place right now. It is so easy to get caught up in the fear and uncertainty that we can forget that we have the power within us to not only make it through, but to find the joy along the way. In hard times, its especially important to have fun. And although you may not feel like it, I encourage you to stand up and move your body along to the song. Dancing like no one's watching..and they probably aren't since we are #socialdistancing and feel the endorphins start to flow.
I found myself full of joy and vitamin D after what felt like endless rain here in Nashville. Full of an all-over good feeling I felt led to capture share the moment with the world while inviting others to dance with me, from our place of safe shelter, to infuse the internet and your heart wit a bit of light and joy in these challenging times.
