Ingredients for 2 loaves.
160 ml warm water
240 ml warm milk
8 g dry yeast
600 g flour
30 g (2 tbsp) sugar
8 g (2 tsp) salt
45 g butter (unsalted)
Bake in oven at 230°C (446°F) for 20 minutes, then at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes
