Q2ID expired in InDesign Help? After a year from your purchase of Q2ID 1-Year Subscription Bundle, the license expires. When you purchased Markzware's Quark to InDesign conversion plugin, you were given the option for automatic renewal. If you did not select automatic renewal, your Q2ID would then expire, and the plugin would cease to work in Adobe InDesign.
In the Markzware menu item, Q2ID will be grayed out. In this tutorial, we show you how to solve your Q2ID license expiration. It is not en error; it is easy to resolve. Simply renew your license, via the emails you should have received from Avangate / 2Checkout / Verifone, our online ecommerce provider, or purchase another yearly license via:
[email protected]
Download, install, and it will work, again. Note your new Q2ID License ID.
