FPS ++ mod is basicallly incompatible with all fps mods such as static 60fps, static 30fps or dynamic fps mod.....and can only be uses alone.
The FPS ++ mod is different for game version v1.1.0 and v 1.1.1 . According to my last test ,FPS ++ mod is compatible with the 60fps fixed cutscene mod in the v1.1.0 version,and the animation can play at 60fps.Under the version v1.1.1,the anitmation is forced to play at 30fps.If the cutscenes play at 30fps ,there will be problems since the speed is reduced by half when the mod is created, so don't need that 60fps fixed cutscene mod anymore or other cutcene speed fixes.The speed will restore to 60fps when playing animation.
The official did not mention v1.1.1 update patch has improve the speed of the game, some players have found that some places seem to have been tuned by the official on the game console and there is an improvement but I found that the place where the frame should be dropped is still will drop frames , not as obvious a speed improvement as someone grandstanding
