Change map projection quickly in QGIS
Is your map not the shape you want it to be? Is it not in the projection you want it to be in? Well, no problem! The good news is you can change this super-quick and super-fast in QGIS. All you need to do is click the CRS button in the bottom right of the QGIS window, pick a different CRS (coordinate reference system) and then you're all set.
Okay, so the 'map projectinon' isn't exactly the same thing as the coordinate reference system (CRS) but that's not really a big deal here.
