How to delete undeletable file in windows

Some times any process related to file or folder is going on (running) and if we tries to delete that file or folder it can't be deleted! So using unlocker we can kill that process and able to be delete that file or folder.So when want to delete that kind of file or folder do the folowing....
Install unlocker1.9.1.exe or any newer version!
right click that file or foder Then Select Unlocker
Then if any process is running then unlocker shows that process...
select that process and select delete at bottom....
press ok...
Done.
You don't need to use command prompt or DOS (Disk operating system).
Means unlocker is very flexible and user friendly software helps windows user to solve issue related to deleting file or folder.
