Opens for the 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm newscasts on Gray Television's NBC affiliate in Nashville, Tennessee. Recorded Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
Figured I would get these up since their regular opens are pretty elusive (they usually use the breaking news or First Alert Weather versions).
The music is "True News" from 11/One Music and there is an unknown female voiceover. Graphics are Meredith's old group graphics package that first launched at WSMV in 2020.
Anchored by Tracy Kornet, Lauren Lowrey, and Marius Payton. Kornet and Lowrey co-anchor the 4, Lowrey and Payton the 5, and all three do the 6pm (this is definitely a recent move and a somewhat growing trend to use three anchors, it used to be just Kornet and Payton).
