Let’s talk finances.
Every company will need to set up payment processing - basically how your customers will pay you.
There are different options for accepting payments.
The most popular are PayPal and Stripe. These integrate with most tools on the web and actually don't require your customers to have an account in order to pay you.
The down side to both of these is that they charge an arm and a leg.
There is also Apply pay, Google pay, Authorize.net and many others.
Plus of course, you can always connect with a credit card vendor and accept payments directly in CC. Each vendor has different percentages and conversion rates. So do your homework.
The last option I want to talk about is money transfer.
Many countries have local transfer via phone apps like Zelle in the US.
But for international transfers, you will want to look into online options such as Payoneer and Wise. (https://wise.com/invite/u/iritl3 )
Methodology is different but it's the cheapest out there of all the options I've found.
From my experience, transfers from the US are more complex than from other places around the world.
So my best advice is to have multiple options and see what works for you and your clients.
Check what apps are right for your country and check which integrations work with your other tools.
If you can connect your payment processing tool to your invoicing tool - you will save yourself a lot of headaches and heartaches.
The more your tools talk to each other, the easier it will be to simplify your workflow.
