The Slotfix wall niche is suitable for installation by both professionals and homeowners.
Inserting it precisely into the prepared wall recess is incredibly easy and it is securely fixed in place using the included brand-name trowels.
It makes no difference whether it's a drywall partition (wood or aluminum profile wall) or standard masonry (brick, aerated concrete, reinforced concrete). All common surfaces can be enhanced with the Slotfix wall niche and then finished as usual to achieve the desired surface. No special primers, adhesives, or construction chemicals are required. After installing Slotfix, you can proceed with the rest of the work professionally, depending on the wall type.
It doesn't matter whether it's a drywall partition (wood or aluminum profile wall) or standard masonry (brick, aerated concrete, reinforced concrete). All common surfaces can be finished with the Slotfix wall niche and then finished as usual to the desired surface. For flush installation without any unsightly transitions, Slotfix wall niches have a panel thickness of 12.5 mm, making them compatible with standard gypsum plasterboard from many manufacturers and brands. This also makes them suitable for use with double-layered drywall partitions!
