The Arduino is [rogrammed as a combined DCC function- and servo decoder. (A thanks to www.mynabay.com for the DCC software) All Arduino outputs can be used to switch functions and also the 6 pwm outputs can be used to control servos. Speed and min-max angles of the servos are configurable.
