Warframe - Silvergrove Specter solo farm with Hydroid Prime
Hi! This is an update about how to Solo farm Silvergrove Specter. Before i uploaded about Hydroid Prime for Silvergrove Specter, then my friend from Clan (Kirost) told me that we also could bring Chesa Kubrow with its augment mods [Retrieve] to get 1 more extra loot.
Hydroid's Pilfering Swarm has 100% extra drop which is better than Nekros' desecrate that only have 54% chance. That's why Hydroid has most reliable ability to drop extra loot from silvergrove specter compared to Nekros.
The strategy is, you just need a good Ability Strength for Hydroid with a decent Range, hold cast (to increase the number of tentacles and spawn area) it on the water below the Shrine, and then let the tentacle kill the Specter (don't kill specter with weapon or else the pilfering swarm won't work). And since we use Chesa Kubrow with its augment [Retrieve] that give 45% chance for additional loot with 10s cooldown, make sure you give enough time for at least 10s from previous kill to specter kill. I also used Ripkas with Amalgam Ripkas True Steel for 100% gore on kills (regardless the kill source) to provide more bodies for Chesa's Retrieve (I'm not sure how effective is this since i didn't compare with one run without Ripkas).
Also it's better if you use Unairu focus with Void Shadow and Void Chrysalis to render you and your Allies to be invisible and take less damage.
The most recommended squad for Silvergrove Specter farm is 1 Hydroid with Nekros (2 or 3?). But if you only could do it Solo, then Hydroid it is. I tested Ivara's Prowl and it seems unreliable for SIlvergrove Specter (Bug or rework i don't know). Atlas Ore Gaze doesn't work on Specter. Khora Strangledome doesn't work too. I also tested Nekros Specter and it didn't work too.
