Lemon Lush Recipe | Episode 391
So my sweet tooth took over and I had to make a dessert. So with Spring upon us I decided to make something light. What better then an awesome Lemon Lush. This is an easy dessert that is perfect for those warmer days ahead. Go ahead whip this one together and let me know how you guys like it!
Total Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Makes: 12 Servings
Crust:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
1/4 Sugar
First Layer:
16 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Second Layer:
2 3.4oz. Pckgs. Lemon Instant Pudding
3-1/2 Cups Milk
16oz. Whipped Topping
