Claude Fable 5 Returns
🔴 FABLE 5 IS BACK FROM THE DEAD. The US government banned Fable 5 on June 12th. Today the export controls have been officially lifted. Anthropic just announced that Fable 5 is returning today, July 1st, across Claude Code, Claude Platform, and Claude.ai. The best model ever created is coming back and we are going live with it the second it drops.
Fable 5 will be included in Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans for up to 50% of weekly usage through July 7th. After that it moves to usage credits. Anthropic shipped a new safety classifier that blocks the Amazon jailbreak in over 99% of cases but will also flag more benign coding requests. The model may be nerfed. We are putting it through BridgeBench the moment it goes live to find out. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Anthropic are building a new industry jailbreak severity framework.
