We're continuing our culinary journey in Thessaloniki! 🇬🇷✨
In this episode, the city offers us both legends and experiences that make us say "sometimes impossible." In short, it's a truly authentic day of travel...

This time, our first stop is Red Oven, followed by Tsinari, Thessaloniki's oldest still-operating ouzeri. With its historical charm, small plates, and friendly atmosphere, it's a wonderful opening that captures the spirit of the city... Then, we turn our attention to the famous Trigona Elenidi; with its crispy dough, rich cream, and unchanging flavor, it's one of Thessaloniki's signature dishes.

Wandering the streets of Ladadika, we unfortunately didn't find what we were expecting at Palati, a very touristy spot. Sometimes such experiences are part of the deal... But right next door, there's a surprise that makes us smile: Beer O'Clock. With its cozy atmosphere, good beer selection, and sweet conversation, it's a pleasant break that wraps up the day.

Our breakfast is a bold stop: Navarino. They claim to be "the world's best creperie," and we're putting that reputation to the test. A quick yet incredibly sweet experience.

The day's finale is a true feast: Elliniko (The Greek), one of the best examples of Thessaloniki's modern, traditional cuisine. Every dish arrives at the table, offering flavors that make you say, "We're so glad we came."

Authentic flavors, surprise stops, a little disappointment, and a whole lot of enjoyment...
Thessaloniki's second half is a day of discovery.

If you're ready, let's get started! 🥂✨
