Creating a Central Repository for VMware Tools using Run Commands for Azure VMware Solution
Keeping VMware tools updated on your VMs is always important, and the easiest way to standardize on a particular version to streamline these updates is to make use of a central repository on a shared datastore.
In this demo we'll walk through creating a central repository for VMware Tools using blob storage and the Set-ToolsRepo run command for Azure VMware Solution. We'll then perform a tools upgrade from the new repository on our vSAN datastore.
