No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in HARMS Way Mod:
1. Download NOLF2 .rar files from this site right at bottom of page, not the NOLF 1 files! There should be 9 in total. I could only get the MediaFire links to complete and had to get the parts one by one:

2. Run the 'NOLF2 1.3 Latest Install Split.part01' and install game in default location (will be C:/Games)
3. Download the 'NOLF2_REAL_mod_by_LukeRoss_r1.rar' from here (the other 2 are Spanish and Italian) and extract the mod folder using 7zip:

4. Copy all files from that mod folder in to folder where game installed (by default C:/Games/No One Lives Forever), overwriting files when asked
5. Double click 'Lithtech.exe' and ENJOY IN VR!!
6. To uninstall game just delete the No One Lives Forever install folder
